First release: connect, ask, approve
The initial engineering milestone is an Admin Agent connected to a supported OpenCart 3 shop: read real catalog data, propose a base-price change, obtain exact approval and return a verified receipt. This is the scope of the proposed two-week plan, not a promise that it is already deployed.
The owner should not configure MCP or model credentials. Connect starts hosted login/signup and automatic agent provisioning. Chat is the primary workspace; a review table appears when exact changes need approval.
A write is complete only when the authorized operation is checked against the current revision, applied without unrelated changes and verified. Conflicts and uncertain outcomes remain visible. Pause and revocation prevent new business operations.
Supplier files, product creation, stock writes, reports, schedules, shopper cart operations and OpenCart 4 are later capabilities. Each needs its own permissions and verification; none is implied by a successful price update.
